I was wanting to ask Joel if he can come up with some kind of mechanism even if it’s manual, don’t have to be electric to have like a stock system on the exhaust where it’s quiet and also have a system where you can open it up if you wanna run hard one side would have to happen open and close valve as the other. If you understand what I’m talking about I’ve seen it done on cars.
Just watched this again on the tv with the surround sound. Man, Blake...it sounds awesome! My seven year old came out and even commented how good it sounded. Just ordered the RJWC exhaust from your site for the uforce 1000xl. Can't wait for the MSC headers to come out for it!..Those gains are so impressive! Keep the content coming love the videos!
Great video! No one else is doing these upgrades and producing such informative videos. Blake, you really know how to do it. I have learned so much about the CFMoto vehicles in the last few months. And 10 to 20 percent gains in HP from a four stroke is amazing. Also, the build quality on this 800XC is fantastic. It's better than the new Polaris I looked at the other day and equals the best out there. That goes for the MSC upgrade parts too. 10/10
Awesome, there's a 800. Havent seen anything done with one in awhile. Glad to see u guys always creating new topics and add ons for these machines. Thanks guys.
That is totally Impressive!! Only thing is with the exhaust being changed it will be a lot louder for the average trail riding but that deep rumble sounds amazing!! You guys always knock it out of the park!!
@@RealTalkPowersports how about the MSc header on a stock muffler with a whiskey bent tip or similar, with dyno and tune for that. This is impressive but loud is a no go for many of us.

@@RealTalkPowersports those gains are massive!!! That is incredible to get that much HP, and torque from just the header swap, and a new tune. Love what you guys are doing, and it's awesome that you all are tackling the performance side of the machines as well. The fitment on the MSC headers looks very good too. Great job on building them!
I see comments about you eventually making new cams for these machines. Are you also going to eventually get into doing porting & polishing heads? That would add some extra ponies. Possibly do some head shaving for more compression. :)
If I want some few more horsepower, I rather buy a larger ATV . I see people even selling expensive ECU only to get removed speed limiter. Took me exactly 4 minutes to remove 1 single wire, and people buy expensive ECU only to remove speed limiter!? Worst thing, people buying it. Turbo kit for cforce would be fun, that's going to improve 😊 It's definitely possible, saw a video from Finland, with turbo. Definitely horsepower for the money 👍
Only thing we had to do was create a new Tune for the Header change and WOW!! But certainly no issues.. with the new Header tune the AFRs are in perfect safe operation.
hey man i like the gains, is there anything else you guys do to make even more power out of these engines? looking at getting the zforce 950 in AUS and wondering if we can get a good bump up off the 85hp they come with?
We can ship it to you and you bring it to your dealer and ask them to install it for you. You can text (662) 438-6407 if you need assistance with order or more questions
Sure looks like the biggest restrictions on these CForces is the header pipes. I'm thinking the 600 could see some nice gains getting rid of the cat in head pipe as well.
@@ec16445 Not sure how much of a power increase it will be in the 600, but there should be a gain plus the exhaust temp should be way down getting rid of the cat in the header.
I hate to tell you, but even the can am 1000 atv models you will see at least a 20% drivetrain loss to the wheels in power. 20-25% is the general rule. This is speaking on the (100% stock). Once you start adding mods that can change the results obviously.
They try their damnedest to stop people from modifying their exhausts here in NY as well. But people don't give a crap what the money thieving politicians say. So they do it anyway. There's no public trails here so any trails there happens to be are all owned by someone and they usually don't care if your machine is loud as long as you're not destroying anything. The same goes for it being your own land. They can't do anything about it regardless how much they dislike it. :)
@@Slane583 that’s how it should be but here in NH there starting to kick people out of places an making it harder an harder to ride unless you own land maybe one day things will get better for us riders
@@nickoli62 Indeed, there's not really many places to ride around here either unless you own some land. People who have been willing to let riders go on their trails are slowly blocking them off because of idiots going around vandalizing things. I'm fortunate enough to have my grandfathers hunting camp that links up to a dirt service road owned by the agricultural institute in the area. There are also other trails branching from it that are owned by a large maple farm which don't seem to mind us being on them. Our only issue is that's really the only place for us to ride and riding the same trails gets boring so we don't go anymore.
If youre looking at a 800 and spending all this extra cash to get more HP why not just buy the 1000cc ATV to begin with? Its got more HP still and $1000 more than a 800. Which all these upgrades cost more than $1000. Id think you want to start out with the most HP you can get stock instead of saving $1000 then dumping $1000's more in it. Also still less HP than the 79hp of the 1000. 62 vs 79 on web.
Lol, you cant run around any neighbors with that. I live in an area where people have 2 or more acres, dirt roads and trails everywhere. Thats amazing the power but no way in hell would I drive something that damn loud. If you can come up with a baffle of some kind even if you lose some of that power then you would probably sell a bunch more

Can i get this kit without the rest of exhaust? Don't really care for the noise but prefer three extra power and to get rid of the heat
