do you mean data security? Some website builder includes that to their packages, and you can also buy it along with your domain and hosting if you want to customize it.

I think this video, is 80% of what you need. If you intend to do sell this specifically. The other 20% maybe more about the management side of things. And also you could learn more about elementor page builder. (alot of tutorials for that)

It's possible you just need a plugin or just copy and paste the code. I can recommend several booking systems or calendar

Yes you can monetize with ads. But most important thing is to get traffic first.
