Bloody hell Chris your vids are getting even better. The beauty and sounds of Australia is portrayed so brilliantly ..your catch and cookups are so good it makes my mouth water. It was so nice to see you're wife with you..fishing , hiking and laughing as you cooked up a storm round the camp fire. You caught some excellent wildlife footage as well. The world really is blessed with your amazing films, no annoying talk , just pure sound and visuals..just brilliant Chris.

Lovely adventure, I am not sure if people realise the significance of seeing the male Lyrebird displaying for a mate, bloody rare BUT then to top it off with not one, not two but three male Lyrebirds prancing down the track, gobsmacking. Dolmades for a snack and then red wine 🍷 to celebrate the walk in, luxury. As the person below said, “Australia is like a giant beautiful adventure playground.”

Greetings, Chris. I follow you from Spain. Since I was a child I do these same things as you. That's how I grew up... nowadays everything is prohibited in Spain. sometimes I make my trips to the sea and the mountains. In addition to spearfishing, I also hunt in the mountains and try to cook what I catch in certain cases, within what the law here allows me. I'm glad to see that in Australia you still have that freedom... fight for it, never lose it, Europe everything is forbidden. Congratulations on your channel

Without a film crew, you've got to appreciate the effort that goes into the underwater shots, camera setup, as Chris swims by, all the while holding his breath (and keeping an eye out for apex predators)!!

Not many will understand how uncomfortable it is to get out of the saltwater, hike with a large pack (with dive weights inside!!!! LOL) sweating, no shower. This man just seems to embrace it all and makes sure everyone else is comfortable. Kudos Chris!

Just watched this and know exactly where it is. When I did this walk it was howling rain and big swell ... this video was so nice to watch it in calm blue weather.

Great to see the Missus again with you! OMG those abalones are to die for! Cant wait to go camping and crabbing soon with the hubby and kids soon over the Easter break!! BTW great dumplings, you are more Asian than i am, i just buy frozen store dumpling from the Asian grocery lol. Oh you no what would be good with freshly caught fish, try streaming in the dumpling steamer, with ginger. Then sprinkle with a generous amount of spring onions and coriander. Add soy sauce and some of the left over water from the steamer so its not so salty. Finally cover a bit of hot boiled oil.

Hey Chris, I'm a big fan of your content! You've taught me recipes for out in the bush, tarp hanging techniques and loads of fishing inspiration. I follow your page for the great camping trips, but I've got to say, my favorite thing is when you're snorkeling and you swim past the camera and there are 4-6 little fish swimming behind you. Idk why, I love it so much, but its so great. Cheers and thanks for all the hard work you put in to making these great videos!

that white mushroom was Omphalotus nidiformis, it glows at night. Try to take a piece and check it out ;)

Hands. Down. The Best piece of footage with the Superb Lyerbird that I've seen on your travels Chris!!!! The dance, then all those males dancing (running...) down the path! To me, mind blowing capture...nice one mate, and with the missus nonetheless.

My favourite piece of coastline in my favourite national park! 👍 I was down there late January.
Also that beach at 14:00 is my all time fav. When I was there late Jan it was just me and a 5ft Goanna sharing the beach 🤣🤣

I took the quad bike out to the point to do some fishing this morning, it did not go well. The rough surf almost washed me off the rocks, twice, I lost 2 lures to submerged rocks, almost got stranded by the incoming tide on one set of rocks. I was drenched, most of the time, the walk back up the cliffs almost gave me a heart attack and the quad nearly killed me on the way home. At least not everyone sucks at this outdoorsy stuff!!
