I for 1 think you all do a beatiful work on these homes. People are always talking down on these type of homes, but as I walk through them with you, I haven't seen any flaws at all well done I think nicely done and roomy too Thanks for your shows👍❤️❤️

Hi Shields, could you please explain how you managed ro make this one smaller than the original? The walk through doesn’t seem to indicate what was given up in order to fit into the smaller foot print.

The only time the vents go in the ceiling is when the house features a furnace. There is no longer the option to have the furnace. They are cheap and take up closet space.

this video shows a 26-10 x 66 plan while the new plan is actually a 27-8 x 66 plan which basically equals 100 sq ft.

Usually a porch this size would be in that 15k dollar range plus or minus!
