HOUSE HUNTING | MAKING OFFERS??

Hey guys welcome back to my channel. This weekend Matt and I got so excited about buying a home we decided to go check out a few in the area we want to live in. Well low and behold we found a house that we are absolutely in love with. Unfortunately somethings came up and we are waiting for the seller to review our offer today. Everything happens for a reason, and we wont be disappointed with whatever outcome happens because that just means it either wasn't the house for us, or it was!
LET ME JUST TELL YOU THOUGH- throughly READ your leasing agreement if you are renting and ask questions if things seem off or not filled out properly. Like I said, whatever happens, happens!!!!
