The fourth-generation Cannondale SuperSix EVO has just been released. Taken to the nth degree of performance by Cannondale’s LAB71 division, the new bike continues a tradition that began 15 years ago when the original SuperSix debuted: and logic-defying blend of superb responsiveness, incredible comfort, and all-out speed.
Cannondale-sponsored pro cycling teams EF Education First Pro Cycling and EF Education-Tibco-SVB were central in developing the new bike, providing invaluable feedback to Cannondale’s designers and engineers. In this film, we go behind the scenes to see how it all happens.

Quality control and engineering tolerance would also be a great factor in bike performance, but that only seems to done for pro bikes, not the mass market

Saying that your customers do not fully appreciate the work you do (complaining that your customers are ignorant) is not really the best marketing material. Maybe issue a white paper (like you did for the SystemSix) so your customers can understand how much work went into the product before you start complaining. Nobody understands what "unreal handling", "explosive acceleration" and "unbelievably smooth ride" means. Leave the poems to the poets.

I got my SuperSix Evo 2021 and now it has some noice on the bottom bracket, changed the bearing, clean everything and still i have the noise :(
Did you check the saddle? This often causes this kind of noise!
try greasing your bearings around them so to avoid friction between the frame and outer-bearings. Hope it can help

Did not surprise me for a engineer to have aerodynamics as a first priority. Yet they keep overlooking the memo make your aero around 6.8kg.

cannondale have admitted it's defeat by switching to bsa. low manufacturing standards...
Maybe they should spend as much time developing there customer care and after sales support as they did the bike....
