Just like the oil industry campaigns to get public opinion against electric vehicles, the gun industry campaigns in their own way to get people to buy guns. I work in the oilfield and the only problem I have with EV is that they think is all green when lithium mining is done in 3rd world countries with horrible working conditions and when they recharge the batteries a lot of it is done by coal plants which produces the power to charge the car. Oil is a dirty business for sure but let’s not act like a EV is “saving” the planet
