    Section 54F of the Income Tax Act states that :
    An individual or Hindu Undivided Families (HUF) can claim a capital gains exemption by investing in residential house property.
    The exemption is applicable for the sale of any long-term capital asset other than a residential house.
    The taxpayer should not own more than one house.
    The new residential house property must be purchased within one year before or two years after the date of transfer or constructed within three years from the date of transfer.

    Congratulations fee क्या है। DLC ( Stemp Duty) है क्या, DLC पर buyer registry करवाना चाहता है, मार्केट value बहुत ज़्यादा है। ऐसे में क्या करें । ऊपर का पैसा कैसे adjust किया जाए।

    In case of shares capital gain app bolte ho k ek se jada ghar nahi hona chahiye
    Par admi k life ghar to uske pass ho sakta hai n uske name me kisi ko previous property mili hai fir wo capital gain se ek aur ghar le khud k name pe to in this case exception mile ga kya please batana jarur

    Residential keliye LAND 2500 Sq ft. .1800sqft ..land koa sale karney paar (Not house )....(land sale for kids Education or marriage) ... kya capital Gain tax bachane keliye fir Land kharidna padega yaa house ?

    Sir aapne sec 54 and 54f mai yeah nahi bataya ki amount kitna invest kerna hai....amount investment dono mai alag alag hota hai....pls thoda uske bare mai bhi clear ker dijie. 54F mai kya poora amount invest kerna padega ya 54 ki tarah kewal capital gain..

    Hello sir, my quiry is.....1) A loan of Rs.5,12,000/- was taken from Lic against policy as on April2023 and also repayment of lic loan interest Rs.33,857/- for f.y.-23-24... please let me know, can I claim u/s.80C deduction of Rs 33,857/- LIC loan repayment amount in ITR-F.Y.-23-24(OLD TAX REGIME) including policy premium also. 2) Can I claim mediclaim policy's including GST amount or excluding based rate amount FOR deduction u/s.80D in ITR. 3) Can I claim registration fee and stamp duty fees amount for purchase of flat or land for deduction u/s.80C in ITR-fy-23-24.
