Ingredients:
chicken 2 kg (cut into 16 pieces)
curd 225 gms
coriander powder 1 1/2 tbsp
red chilly powder 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
garam masala 1/2 tbsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
jeera powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 2 tsp
salt to taste
red orange color 1/2 tsp
kasuri methi 1 tbsp
lemon juice (2 lemon)
gramflour 3 tbsp
Egg 2 pcs
Oil for frying 500 ml
