A lot of you don’t realize that zendaya didn’t become ZENDAYA until recently. Zendaya was just another Disney channel star back then. It wasn’t until 2017 that zendaya really started to become the massive star that we recognize her as today. Don’t get me wrong, zendaya was big back then but she wasn’t as mainstream as she is now. I feel like 2013 was a very competitive year for music. Unfortunately for Zendaya, her debut was overshadowed by Ariana Grande who debuted that same year. Miley, Selena and Demi had also released their albums that year. So there was a lot of competition and that’s why Zendaya was overlooked at the time and why her debut album didn’t do as well. But she ended up becoming a big star anyway so it worked out in the end.
Made it sound like she was lip syncing half the time but you can hear her but part of the time you could hear her back up singers and the track it was annoying like let the girl sing she’s talented

The crowd actually wasn't horrible. I like silent crowds so I can actually hear the fucking performance. They cheered loud at the end. That's all that counts. On an unrelated note: It should've been 100 live. Playback makes everything sound like garbage.
Most singers stand out as the "worst" dancer in comparison to their backup dancers... Zendaya is the opposite of this and her dancing is so on point, love the confidence too.
