I don't care what anyone has to say about Armin playing commercially influenced tracks on the mainstage. When he plays a full trance set there's no one better than him. He's the absolute best!

honestly though...it just shows how dynamic he is as a DJ. He knows what a crowd wants but he still stays true to his style at the same time.
But this set did have a lame start, talking intro (that i really hate on the show as well) took a good 40 minutes for the set to really take off, that to me is too long.

This is one of the best sets I have EVER heard...First he started off with some Anjunabeats-style progressive trance, built the energy as he moved on to Armada style trance, kept building through uplifting trance (Talla's remix of "Faded," oh my gosh SO GOOD), and played nearly the full last half of the set Psy and Hard Trance!! He also played Airport Shivers as the second to last song which I haven't heard in FOREVER and is completely amazing. He also opened with the ASOT theme and closed with it, but as a psy trance remix! He brought the set full circle, how amazing is that? Perfectly done Armin, thank you for sharing with us!!

This was the first time I heard Armin... I didn't know him, in reality I always liked trance music but I wasn't a connoisseur, however from this festival I have gone back in time at least 20 years and now I am a fan trance to the bones...
This music changed my life...after this I forgot that I didn't want to live anymore...and Armin in particular was the one who...literally saved my life...after listening to this set, I have not missed any Tomorrowland nor Untold...where the feeling of love for life is something truly indescribable...now I am happy...ah...and the speech at the beginning of this set is has become something like my commandments

I'd say for me, still my all time favorite set in the world & definitely a contender for Armin's best sets ever is the live mix from Armada @ Amnesia Ibiza, Universal Religion 2004! Very magical stuff, back when his Universal Religion sets were more techy & underground influenced... Definitely one for you to check out if you haven't heard it yet!
