Well I guess Moody Blues would behave similarly as in the Clash fight, where it couldn't just teleport like Clash. So, it would take Dio's form at the exact moment of the time stop, but then it would freeze as it can't "know" where Dio is in stopped time nor can it use The World's ability. Plus when Dio uses his ability, the effects of everything that happened during that "time" appear instantaneously when time unfreezes so even if Moody Blues could use its replay, it would likely look really messed up
it would just do DIO's movements too but so fast it's like the stand also stopped time, think of it as fasforwarding someone walking and then returning to normal speed

ちなみに私はムーディーブルースとハーミットパープルが好きです。
