Honestly, this misinformation is getting really out of hand. BEML will be making tech demonstrators and MAHSR will operate E5. It's a given. There are multiple lines planned to operate at an average of 320km/hr, using Shinkansen. Kawasaki will manufacture some sets here in India from the 24 planned sets. BEML will use the MAHSR tracks as testing tracks, since we don't really have high-speed standard gauge lines as of now. I'M REPEATING AGAIN, SHINKANSEN ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE AND THEY'LL BE COMING IN MAHSR AND OTHER PLANNED LINES.
I disagree with you on the nose point, the reason shinkansen nose is shaped liked that is to avoid supersonic shock which happens when trains pass through WW2 era tunnels with short diameter. The newer tunnels don't have the tiny diameter problem. This is why other high speed trains don't have that nose as it's unnecessary and takes up a lot of length. Look the Taiwan shinkansen model it does not have a nose like that.

BEML ko sirf 2 train banane ka contract mila hai woh bhi 280kmph max speed. ab 2 trains ka kya achaar dalenge ? Yeh 2 train sirf testing ke liye hai. aur railways ko paagal samaj rakha hai jo saare structure 320kmph ke liye design karenge aur phir 250kmph ki train chalaenge?
