Have to disagree on the squirrel girl pick; most people just play her like a thick-of it fighter when she's basically a sniper. Her arching shots and trap make it easy and safe to pick off the backline, from your own backline. I'd say the biggest issue with her is the difficulty rating the game gives her, as it takes a bit of practice to get the hang of aiming as her. She's definitely not S tier or anything though, a character that is useful even if you play bad will always be better than one that's useless when you play bad. Though I do agree her ult is by far the worst in the game.
I think if Rocket Raccoon's damage was adjusted slightly then he could be A tier. The left-click falloff is terrible, it's not hitscan, and it doesn't do enough damage at range to compete with other healer dps.
Solid tier list. Seems accurate to my thoughts. I’ll have to try more of those S tier hero’s
