I didn't realize graham crackers weren't really a thing in other places! They mainly just get used for cheesecake/pie crust and smores though, I guess one doesn't really eat them plain. *I used to buy the chocolate/oreo type ones and make little ice cream sandwiches with them!*
Graham crackers are wonderful plain. I used to eat them a lot as a snack when I was little. They also sometimes give out little packs of them to the kids at the school my mom works out. I didn't realize a lot of people only ate them with other stuff.
I feel like the 8 desserts in 1 tray should become its own thing where Barry tries to combine 8 different sweet or savoury things in 1 pan. Like maybe 8 different quiches or something like that I dunno 😂

On a side note: Pumpkin PUREE and Pumpkin Pie FILLING are 2 different things; Pumpkin PUREE is/should simply be just plain pumpkin and water. Pumpkin Pie FILLING is pumpkin with the added 'pumpkin spices': ground cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and some cases ginger.
Definitely a thing of beauty. You could do a vegetable garden cake with different sections with different fruit & veg. Carrot cake, choc cake with beetroot, lemon cake with cougette in, choc cake made with potato,(really moist & delicious that one,) raspberry cake made with almonds, plum clafoutis, blackcurrent cheesecake, apple pie. Well its one way of getting your five a day and should delight any keen gardener, especially if you contrived to make it look like a vegetable patch for a special birthday.

When you do baking paper to line your trays. Wet the paper first they are much easier to line! Just put under a running tap, screw it up and squeeze to get out water then unscrew and it’ll fit so much easier.

digestive biscuits are amazing for smore's they really change it up especially if you can get the ones with chocolate on them 10/10 delicious . Also great especially if you do indoor smore's with an unscented candle .
