When I saw and heard "Red Scar" for the first time last autumn, my first thought was: Wow, this is what the legendary "Siouxsie and the Banshees" would, yes, that's what they would have to sound like today if they were still around. These are big shoes for Ductape to fill with "Red Scar". And they fill them brilliantly. The song has a great, dense atmosphere, a rousing beat, cool riffs and vocals that give you goosebumps. And the great video burns the matching images onto the viewer's retina like little red scars. Very beautiful and extremely touching! I have a dream: Ductape and Siouxisie together on stage... 🖤🔥🖤
