Moments - Bill Adama & Laura Roslin (A/R)

- Sooo, I was sitting on the bus a few days ago and listened to some music on my mp3 player when this song came on: "River flows in you" by Yiruma. I got it from an awesome fanmix made by lj-user LilyWinterwood.
Anyway, as I was listening to the song, all these AR scenes jumped into my head. I had to listen to the song several times (nearly missed my stop LOL) and it happened again and again: AR's journey was playing in front of my eyes :p Sooo, instead of working on the 3 other projects I had started, I began working on this one. I tried to capture all AR scenes (or nearly all) from the show, either in image or audio. That's why I called this vid "Moments" cause the vid simply consists of AR-moments that made us squee or cry :p

It's just typical editor's criticism. Don't listen to it. I'm always hateful towards all my vids :p PLUS, my vidding program really rubbed me the wrong way, so I was blaming the vid for it LOL

I just finished the last episode of this fabulous show and my emotions are still raw from the loss of the lovely lady Roslin. I found this trying to recapture the moments she had me laughing and I got something much better. This is the perfect video for this couple. Although it had me tearing the 1st time I watched the 2nd had me sobbing the 3rd had me out right crying and this last and 4th time has me balling out tears. Great job and Laura will forever be enshrined in this perfect video.
I love all their little (and big) moments together. They've come a long way :)

I bawled like a baby when I saw the flight deck scene for the first time..and second time ..and tenth time LOL It's just the way she walks and the way she appears to be in that scene, so fragile, yet so full of fight, it totally strikes a chord with me, the rawness of her emotions..Anyways, I'm babbling. I have just started to watch BSG (I know I got a late start on it.) I have to say that this video is one of the main reasons I started watching the show. I am a huge fan of Mary McDonnell and for some reason I never knew she was on BSG until about two weeks ago. I saw this video and I almost started to cry, it is so beautiful, and I can not wait to see the Adama/Roslin relationship as I continue to watch the show. Thank you for making such an amazing video.

Yeah I know I spoiled it without even realizing what I was doing, I never had any intentions of watching BSG but after seeing them I really wanted to watch it. I am still so excited to watch scenes between them because I have only seen parts of scenes and never the whole thing. I can not wait to see all of it.

That was beautiful. I was a late-comer to this wonderful show, and in fact just watched the final episodes last night, so of course my heart still hurts. (Its probably a good thing I don't have work today. I'm not sure how well randomly tearing up and mumbling about Roslin would go over.) Anyway, thank you for this beautiful look back at their relationship.

To me, President Roslin and Admiral Adama and the relationship that grew as they searched for Earth, are what Janeway and Chakotay could have been, should have been in Voyager had TPTB had any guts. I suspect Roslin being in a different branch of Govt and on a different ship allowed her character a freedom that Mulgrew didn't feel she could give Janeway. Oh well. I have that freedom in my fanfic, and in your music vids, so it worked itself out in the end.
