My wife and i go to Taiwan every few years and if it wasnt for the pandemic we would have gone last year. I have had some of these before and this makes me miss them even more. Great video, really nice framing of the food and of the people making the food. (Minus the one sound effect i mentioned in the other comment. )

Another great video! If I can give some friendly feedback: one of the things that makes your videos special is that there is NOT a lot of talking, music, and sound effects ... I would like to encourage you to go back to having no sounds except the sounds of the night market.

Nanjichang is definitely one of my favorite night markets. I like the new soup dumplings store. And the two old stores in the front. Chicken store on the right, and pork store on the left.

Some of the sound effects are okay, but that chewing sound effect is a little unpleasant.
