The super soul is called "Hmm hmm hm hmm hmmm", and you get this by feeding Majin Buu's kids (the red ones). It's also RNG as sometimes the red Majin Buu kids won't give you this super soul, so you have to keep feeding them until one of them decides to give you one. To activate the super soul once you have it equipped on your CAC, you'll need to have any fighting pose skill equip in your moveset (this triggers the super soul to activate, and you need to be transformed too).
