    A genius idea!

Sunil, first if the cataract is not too dense you can test monofocality with a contact lens trial. If you have never tried monovision it can be challenging to get used to but a minimonovision (-0.5 to -0.75 target) with an Eyhance or Rayner lens works.

Thanks for sharing! The RayOne EMV shows interesting results. Is there any results shown outside the offical Rayner outlets? Like patient testimonies or independent channels/groups information?

I am considering the IC-8 for my non dominant eye (20/20 for distance monofocal for my dominant eye already done). My question is does this lens give the most sharp and longest depth of field? Or which on does Eyhance by Technis?

A8888, I have always fully treated amblyopic eyes. The tend not to do well undercorrected unless they have done it in a contact lens. I don't use EDOF or trifocal lens in amblyopia either. I have no experience with the teleon IOL so I can't comment.

What's your view / analysis of the teleon quantum EDOF iol, which can also be used in a mini mono vision application?

Had one week right eye. Now had to go for catract for left eye. Should I opt for standard monofocal or eyhance?

What if the non dominant eye has micro amblyopia? Will mono vision still work well?
