Interesting use of the Hubble stitch!! How nice! You gave a very clear explanation how to attach the 12 units into a circle by previewing the bead numbers first for the thread path. That was very nice!
Thanks much for this Allie!! I'm not the best when it comes to bezels. I can do most of the peyote round ones but even they sometimes don't want to work with me. I've been wanting to try out the hubble for awhile but then a couple days ago I found this tutorial and thought I'd take the plunge! Worked wonderful and now I'll try it out on some other shapes! Thanks again!
All three are so beautiful. I can't pick a favorite. I watched a video on Hubble stitch before and idk why but I just didn't get it. Maybe the fooze ball reference helped me understand it better. 🤷♀️ Thanks! ❤️
I don't have cabochons, or other gems, but I do have some huge, flat beads that I have no use for. I used 10/0 and 11/0 seed beads, along with other beads I had on hand, and this worked well, to create something interesting.
I love this bezel! You gave a guide for how many delicas you should use depending on the size and shape of your crystal. I use this all the time! Have you ever compiled the same kind of list for how many Hubble units for different size crystals. I’d be really interested in that. Thanks… Diane
We haven't tried this bezel with Toho seed beads. They are slightly larger so the crystal may not fit as snugly. If you try this out with Tohos please let us know how it worked!

First I’ve heard about this stitch! Very cool…and versatile! Thanks for introducing me to this!
This little beauty just might be the piece that finally convinces me to give the hubble stitch a try! Thanks, Allie, for sharing it with us.
You are so welcome!
I found 9 units was plenty for a 14mm chaton. Thank you for such clear instructions for a lovely bezel.
You're very welcome!
Excellent video and project!! Used 17 Hubble units for a 25mm rivoli.
Sounds great!

Thank you so much!
Thank you so much Allie! I love this project! Hugs!❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much!
I did one with a 16 mm rivoli. I did the same Hubble stitches but used 11 units instead of 12. It turned out good.
Thank you so much for posting this information!!!!!
@@Potomacbeadco you’re welcome. I tried to send you a picture but I’m struggling to do so
Thanks and God bless for sharing 🙏
Thank you too.

I have a question. Do you have to use miyuki seed beads or can you use toho?

I want to try this with a 12mm rivoli. How many units would I need? Thanks.
Hi Vanessa, one less would be my guess but I have not tried it
