You could use red paper to make the envelope, handwrite 福 (fú) on the front, and put something simple inside: a thank you letter, a little bit of money, a gift card, whatever you think they’d like! I think Chinese New Year is becoming like Christmas which different culture all can celebrate it. They are so welcomed to however some people want to change the name to Lunar New Year to share its origin and culture. It's really not cool to Chinese ppl.
Lunar New Year, NOT Chinese New Year as other Asian nations have the same holiday. Term 'Lunar' has been used for decades. Do not ignore neighboring countries. The current China's mindset is not fit for the world stage.

You’re suppose to clean the house before new year. You can’t clean during the first 2-3 days cos it’s bad luck. Same goes with decluttering.

好眼力，好细心👍不过应该没反。上下联可从尾字平仄，时间前后，因果关系，空间与大小关系区分。位置的话，古代多以上左下右（人面对门而言，对人来讲就是上右下左），因为横批都为从右往左书写。但现代因为书写习惯发生了变化的原因，横批多为从左到右，因此上联位置应与横批方向一致，所以视频中的上联在观众面向屏幕的左侧，这个应该没问题。
