- We got pounded with snow over the course of 3 days. This was the final day of snow removal. I had to push through the C19 bug which absolutely leveled me over new years. This was a tough one! We saw smoke from a vehicle fire, get the truck stuck... This is our family plowing vlog here in central Minnesota. Minnesota snow removal. 2012 Ram 2500 regular cab long bed with an 8.5 foot Hiniker V Plow. Stacking it high!!!

Lots of snow in these last two storm. I just use my ATV with the plow, and my rider with a 42” blower so I have to push it back the first time. Good luck and take care

Do you ever chain up? I'm in Michigan and even with gobbs of power and great tires, I occassionally have to throw them on.
Can you drive with them on, on the roads in MI? We can't legally here in MN. I could get some to throw in the truck if I get stuck.
@@bladezllc This is what MI Law states: MCL 257.710 of the Michigan Vehicle Code covers the use of tire chains, and states that a person may "use a tire chain of reasonable proportion upon a vehicle when required for safety because of snow, ice, or other condition tending to cause a vehicle to skid." If used, the chain must not come in contact with the surface of the roadway.
*** So as long as there is enough snow or ice to keep them from coming in contact with the asphalt, you're good. I only need them when it's very deep, heavy, or icy.

This is literally no snow and just flurries.. Mammoth California has 441 inches as of today and it is dumping again.

If I show up and its been plowed, I charge them a 1/2 charge for showing up.. It's in our contract with the homeowner.
I'm adding that in for next year. It's happened a few times now.. and yeah, what a waste of valuable time.
