Dear daughter after you have started your economics activities by harvesting any stuff from forest or farm or stream if you have little money pls buy rice and milk powder, ensure you have rice stock at home for you to cook anytime when you are hungry if possible make a porridge mix with vegetables or tuber, potatoes, take it as your daily breakfast before starting your work, pls avoid taking maggie or any instant noodle or any junk food because these food doesn't contain any vitamins, the artificial flavour in these stuff make you taste nice but is actually these artificial flavour in these stuff can damage the brain functioning and also affect the body development, if you love your infant please avoid taking these stuff during pregnancy and after given. Birth if you are breath feeding,

Dear daughter if you built. Your kitchen pls. Make it away from your bedroom if possible built a partition from bedroom, this to avoid sticky food smell and smoke from effects your dress and your sleeping area which can contribute to bad body smell
