It is indeed but tbh jones carries the ppv in both matchups. Tom still isnt a draw yet, understandably so as he has just come up and is still making his name. He hasnt been matches with any big names to build his name of, only hardcores/general mma fans know tom whereas A LOT of casuals know jones. Same for stipe. But I imagine tom/jones would do slightly better numbers and regardless of ppv. Tom deserves to fight for an undisputed title, he has earnt it just like merab and belal who are nowhere near as exciting as he is

Theres multiple evidence including video footage of jones saying he will likely retire after stipe, way before tom and sergei was even booked. Everyone knows this. The issue is stipe/jon should not have been rebooked for a hw title. Either jon should have been stripped and stipe/jones happens for a legends fight/bmf title or he shouldve been scheduled to fight tom in November not stipe
