    This was a great video! I haven't had to do this yet but I was curious to see how it's done.

    Great and informative video. I have the same M200 in Marble Brown also, and have some silicone (for watches) grease somewhere around the house. It'll take some hunting to find it.

      Thanks for watching! I hope it helps to restore your M200's piston back to glory! I liked the brown marbled so much.

      @@jacobonfountainpen I truly think the Brown Marbled is THE nicest color in their entire line; including the higher up models.

      Yes! When I set out to purchase a M200 or M205, I did my research for so long for all the finishes, which one looks better. Concluded the Brown Marbled is the best looking. And I finally got it in hand, it just so beautiful.

      Great video, Jacob. Well done! I have both Brown and Green Marbled versions and they are beautiful to look at and write with. An absolute classic. Cheers!

    Will it work in twsbi eco fountain pen??

    • @jacobonfountainpen
      @jacobonfountainpen  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes it will work. I don't have a TWSBI eco. But I understand that it's section is removeable from the barrel, so you can do it that way, no need to remove nib for ECO. Also ECO supposed to come with a silicone oil and a wrench that you can use to remove the piston mechanism, you can lubricate that way too.

      Definitely check out other videos on maintenance of TWSBI eco, it's a popular pen, so there's lots of video out there! 😀
