Very intense background music
just got mine but, do you need to charge it first? It seems dead. Also, how do you know that it is charging as i don't see any charge indicators
The indicator status is red when charging
But the audio comes from the unit itself so you get a shit ton of wind feedback while recording.

How do you reset the date stamp and when connected to another for talking why can’t you play your music every time you try it try’s to connect to chat meaning you either have to have your phone out or re set the device after every time you connect to someone

R1Plus currently supports pairing with FreedConn 2021 Year New style[KY Pro], T-Max Group Intercom Pair, BM22 Full-Face Bluetooth Helmet, [Ky Pro] Support any FreedConn models pair, as well as with other brands.
What is the battery life when both Bluetooth and then camera are used together? Also, does it feature loop recording?
R1plus battery is 1500mAH and can be used simultaneously for 4 hours after which the recorder will switch off, Bluetooth calls can continue for up to 2 hours and the R1plus can be used on a charge when the battery is low, with a loop recording function.
Can it share music with passenger or at least does it let me listen to music while talking with my passenger? If it mutes or turns a bit down the music while talking, it's not a problem, but most of intercoms need to be manually switched between talking and music which is ridiculous...
Music can not be shared with fellow passengers, when you listen to music or GPS navigation, phone calls, or intercom with fellow passengers, the music will be paused, when you end the call, wait a few seconds and then the music will be played again
Priority: Phone>Intercom>Music&GPS&FM
I just bought FreeConn R1Plus last week. I play around with the setting a bit on the GoPlus Cam App. I somehow changed the WiFi password and ....silly me, I forgot the WiFi Password. Now, I have no access in using the GoPlus Cam App. I can only download the video file by manually, pulling the micro sd card and get the video from there. I was wondering if you guys know how to make a Factory Reset for this device? would you care to share how to do it, appreciate it much of your assistance 🙏
Note:
I have tried doing a reset by push the reset button switch located next to the memory card slot, but apparently this is not a factory reset action. I want to do a full factory reset so than I can gain access back to my FreddConn R1plus device.
Did you have issues with SD card? Mine does not work with any card? Keeps saying format?

If you download the app connect to WiFi go in select the picture it should open up and from there you can go to settings and format it will only take upto 64gb and has to be a certain spec I went through a few cards before discovering that

Para eso debe descargar una APP llamada GoPlus Cam en tu celular. Luego encender el WIFI del dispositivo R1 y de tu Celular. Después de eso abres la app y ahí puedes ver los videos del Dispositivo R1. Saludos

Yes you can connect the R1 PLUS with the other Freedconn units, but not an R1, that model is camera only.
If you connect this R1 Plus to the lower models the Freedconn TCom etc, it's limited by that unit's range, and that's unit cannot connect to as many in a group.
Can you record without using the app?
Of course , the app is just for you to view the video on the way

When I’m trying to connect the wifi it says “incorrect password”
my r1 plus is new and I’m pretty sure I input the right 12345678 password like it says in the manual.
