I started to cry because of how nice you all are to each other. I live in a social desert and thought that nice neighborly actions were history. Thank you so much for proving me wrong......😊
It never ceases to amaze me how friendly and generous home built camping people are. I guess that is what you Americans call “Southern Hospitality”. What a great channel. Thank you so much for posting!
Have any of you ever really just thought "Going to u.s.a would be really neat" as a kid? That would have been fine! lol ah, life🎉 Now here's the best part! I live in Canada and unrelated just had to come back to this comment with the though of how somthing out thier might think they can use this again! I dought some things are bigger at all! I don't find on going non sence useful! Have a safe and healthy day where ever anyone lives
Ryu's build was my favorite! A bunkbed in a teardrop is epic out of the box thinking! Side note: I've never heard a Southern American Asian accent before. So cool!
I don't know if I've ever smiled more watching a video. I've been a nomad doing the van thing for a while, but this video may have sparked something new. Every bit of this was amazing.
With the floor being lower underneath the table to dangle feet unit is definitely stealing design options from Japanese architecture… only thing missing was the heat source down there.
Ive been into campers for over 20 years. I lived in one for 9 years and need to say this video shows one of the best ways to build a camper. I would do a few things different but i love the simple layout.
Thanks to you, I have now made it my goal to save up enough money to get a tear drop camper in 3-4 years. As soon as I’m done fixing up my 1987 Toyota pickup with all the goods I’m gonna buy a very cheap camper only because I don’t have the resources, time, or space to build one myself but eventually I will.
Ryan Haun That sounds like a great plan! When you do start looking for one, I highly encourage you to check out Facebook marketplace. I see several affordable campers show up on there frequently. Also, consider purchasing in December or January. The demand will be low then. Good luck!!
The family teardrop that slept four people was truly exceptionally well designed and built. Even the 'not seen' parts were beautifully constructed, as seen when the rear battery box was opened! Thank you for your excellent video. Subscribed.
America at its best, what I love about you ,home grown fun that anyone can do , DIY tear drops rule , along with the folks who build them they are old school cool...
WoW!!! This was so awesome ... creativity abounds ....just beautiful...🦋 I started watching Cosmo Weems about 2 years ago ..his is not a DYI .. however he has outfitted it really nice and his has a large window which i haven't seen on the others ...plus and he camps a lot ..LOL!!! Cosmo is a very happy and funny guy ...LOL!!!
Ryu went all the way and made his family a super cool and functional teardrop camper. smiled when he opened up the storage in the kitchen revealing the most important asians necessity, the rice cooker🤣
It is so good to see all the great builds from the group and looks like I missed a wonderful time but you guys are so far from South Texas and driving great distances is prohibited by a back injury. I have ordered another trailer kit to start on another build, I only sell mine so I can build another as the build for me is great therapy and I want to own one of each style. Shout out to you all and super enjoyed this tour so like number 6,700 something
4:05 That is a beautiful Japanese Family. All I can say it he did over engineer his tear drop camper. One think I am all about is multi purpose. Great Video. Showed my brother. He wants to build something like this. How ever its more Off Road Overlander Style. But the Idea is the same. Small Form Factor. I will be the one helping him with the over engineering it lol It will be cool. It starts in the next 2 months. Will link it.
The four-person teardrop with its unique bunk and dining table is incredible! What a great mind he has to have come up with those designs. Thanks for a great video tour.
I’ve got to get in the loop for this one. I didn’t know it was happening until it was over. Thanks for the video. We are hoping to make the summer one.
“Next time …” Love it! Over 10 years of heavy camping provided at least 100 interactions with the DIY people. With zero exceptions, zero, in talking about their build they said; “Next time …” For this period we had a Camp-Inn teardrop and I never, never said; “Next time.” No need.
wow love your videos as usual but especially this one because of its location. When my wife and I travel to visit family this is where we stop overnight because its haveway to South Carolina where we stay.
Ryu, You really done a good job and how beautiful is that camper. I always dream of having one of this. Small and easy to tow. You really done a good job for a family of 4 living inside. Most of this one is for 2 person and you have it for 4, wow. If you ever want to sell this one, let me know.
Hi Michael! These gathering videos are so great, fun to watch, and the tips for all of us tear droppers are amazing! Great production too... Love your interviews with everyone! Thanks so much for all this effort! ~ Maria

LorrieAnne Silvey There are lots of good, helpful folks in the teardrop community. I left the gathering with many new friends.
It never ceases to amaze me how friendly and generous home built camping people are. I guess that is what you Americans call “Southern Hospitality”. What a great channel. Thank you so much for posting!
Thanks so much for watching! Yep, these folks are some of the nicest I’ve met.
Ryu was an interesting character. Sounded like a Japanese guy who moved to Texas as a kid.
Tennessee, but with southern accent either way. 😂

WOW Ryu's camper just keeps having more surprises. And I love the jeep hatch, I imagine there's some very confused people driving behind that one
"Made in the USA. By Me". Love it.
The Asian man very beautiful and innovative teardrop camper 😎👍🏻✨ 👏🏻✨
I like the way Ryu's build utilized as much space as possible. Very resourceful. The jeep hatch was also neat!
I hope he figured out a way to mass produce this, cause that'd be awesome. Excellent ingenuity
Ryu's build was my favorite! A bunkbed in a teardrop is epic out of the box thinking!
Side note: I've never heard a Southern American Asian accent before. So cool!
Ryus is a badass damn smart build,
Ryu has the best build teardrop camper I ever seem!
Agree, I'm not even done watching the vide but holy Batman!
We love them in Australia, these things have captured my heart.
All of the teardrops are genuinely unique to each family 💯💜💯💜💯
“9 years to think about it and a year to build it” yup basically sums up my life
Love the back of that man’s jeep incorporated into his camper with all the lights beautiful 😎👍🏻✨
I don't know if I've ever smiled more watching a video. I've been a nomad doing the van thing for a while, but this video may have sparked something new. Every bit of this was amazing.
That’s awesome! I really appreciate the feedback.
The jeep /tear drop build is cool. Love to see the genius of nessecity in folks. Way better than store bought junk ...
Totally agree!
Ryu’s camper was really nice!
Ryu is a wizard!
Omg the family of 4 was gorgeous, Ru, I think that is your name lol, you are an absolute genius my friend 👊👍😁
Oh my! This video restores my faith in humanity. Amazing people and builds!
These are some great people for sure!!
Very refreshing !
that jeep hatch was so cool and the other diy campers are great
Super impressed about the family of 4 teardrop.
Hats off to these creative and talented builders. What a pleasure to see ! Cheers 🇨🇦
Ryu's table looks like it was inspired by a traditional Japanese kotatsu table.
With the floor being lower underneath the table to dangle feet unit is definitely stealing design options from Japanese architecture… only thing missing was the heat source down there.
The build is half the fun.
I was just trying to figure out to fit a bike rack on my build. Ryu solved that problem. Genius!
Never thought that I’d see a teardrop camper with a kotatsu. (I know it wasn’t installed, but it sure looked ready for it. :-)
You are giving me ideas... 🤔
That keep hatch has me thinking:-) love it!!
Ive been into campers for over 20 years. I lived in one for 9 years and need to say this video shows one of the best ways to build a camper. I would do a few things different but i love the simple layout.
For not knowing how to build a hatch it looks very good. And very good idea
Ryu, Beautiful family, amazing camper.. Give this man a patent and a factory.. I wonder if Ryu has a brother...

Jesus, this is by far the best thought out/built camper I've seen
Truly amazing build quality.. holy crap! imagine the cost if a company tried to manufacture something like that!
These campers looks professionally built. This is what I am aiming for when I eventually build mine.
You can do it!
This is what a man does for his family man! awesome
Can't beat homemade quality.
Loved the Jeep Cherokee Hatchback on the camper!

I love the jeep camper! I bet that thing turns heads everywhere he goes! What an excellent idea to carry a spare hub
Yeah, the spare hub is brilliant!

Thanks for watching!

Автор молодец! Всем участникам здоровья и удачи!
this is super inspiring. I just bought a trailer that is just a frame. So a blank canvas. This gives me so many good ideas!!
Great!!
Nice to see people getting back together again.
It felt so good to be out and about again!

I have a hard time deciding which one is my favorite!
And I hope Jose and Wendy built their teardrop!
Hi Michael! These gathering videos are so great, fun to watch, and the tips for all of us tear droppers are amazing! Great production too... Love your interviews with everyone! Thanks so much for all this effort! ~ Maria
Thank you! This was so much fun!!
Very kool
Ryu should open his own teardrop company. His build is very innovative
