Hi Jason. I called your firm and waiting to be scheduled! I want to know however what will happen if I gifted my family abroad on a regular basis for the last 5 years? I did not know and expect we would need LTC for my husband I should have planned this ahead. Did this mean I would need to pay for penalty? Can’t wait to speak with your firm!
