This is a very good impersonation. I looked at the 2017 Vegas concert for Cher on YT and she's wearing the same outfit along with the same wig so that's spot on. The only difference I can see is that Cher is a little more restrained in her movements whereas Chad Michaels is more animated. But that may be because Cher has backup dancers on a large stage to work with and Michaels has just a limited space with no dancers so he has to do a little more to make his show interesting.
