I definitely believe it! I know someone who got shot once in the arm with a .38 and he bled out within 10 minutes. Pretty unfortunate considering a tourniquet would have saved him. So I could see a shot to the shoulder/trap/neck area being devastating(especially cause you can’t tourniquet it).
