Question 1 a ii is wrong U should use F=ma = 76×(36 +10) as it is stated on the Question that force due to air resistance
Well why is the parachute decelerating in the first place? Cause air resistance is acting on it. And the deceleration calculated in (i) is due to air resistance that's why we don't add 10 in (ii). Hopefully it was clear.
