Napakagandang ancestral house. Kahangahanga
Actualky hindi po ito ancestral house kc iba iba na po ang naging may ari ng bahay. When we say Ancestral House, meaning po tinirahan ng iyong lolo sa tuhod, then lolo or lola tapos sa nanay o tatay na tapos kayo po, kailangan hanggang 4th generation ng iyong angkan ang tumira sa bahay. Since ang bahay ay 90 years old na, heritage house po ang pwede nating itawag

Fern, my observation and comments:
-next time I suggest if you want to know if the paintings are genuine and not repro (reproduction), ask the owner if mayroon siyang authentication from the painter. Eto ay isang Certificate na naka pirma ang painter na may date or from National Museum na certified by the curator.
I didn't hear from him how he acquired the artworks and the genuineness of them.
-I hope the artworks doon sa house ay di smuggled from museums in other countries, and/or replica. Kasi some of them looks like they came from Buddhist temples in China or other Asian countries.
- The old house and its lawn are not well maintained. Old cars that need to be repaired are in the portico. The artworks are all over the place. The chandelier is even on top of a table. The house looks like an antique store. It's a pity.
We will do part 2 po kapag hindi na busy si sir Ivan. Salamat sa mga idea at suggestion nyo noted po
Kanya kanyang taste lang yan. Kung masaya ang may ari sa ganyan setup ng bahay niya at mga koleksyon, sino tayo para humusga. Pribadong bahay yan at hindi naman open venue for the public. Nakakahiya naman na pinapasok na siya sa bahay para mag vlog eh kwestiyunin pa niya ang authenticity at legality ng mga koleksyon di ba? Kung can afford tayo sa ganyan bagay eh di mangoleksyon din tayo at isaayos natin sa personal natin kagustuhan na arrangement at mag imbita din tayo ng vlogger para maibida natin sa mundo kung gaano kaganda ang taste natin.

@@kaRUclipsro feature mo mga bahay ng mga artist halos lahat sila mga great collectors yung profesor ko sa Fine Art noong 80's pumunta kami noon sa San Juan hinuhulugan nya yung bahay ng isang national artist yung bahay mala bodega sa dami ng antique collection isa s a natutuhan ko sa kanya never touch or repair an atique pieces so it will not loose it's value tama na huwag linisin o repair and antique pieces para hindi mawala ang value nito at maganda yung patina na makikita sa antique it look more mysterious and aged

The house maybe look like a junk yard but it is a junk yard with multi million contents,a very rich junk yard I have to say.
With comparison to America and Australia, I don't know whether this can surpassed the taste of Americans but there's only one thing I'm sure of,if you try to to sell all these rare collections of artwork and artifacts in one of well known auction house in Europe or UK, they will be sold like hot cakes.
Anyway,some rich people in western world would love to invest on modern and mass produced stuff.Poor quality but look good( covered with dust of artificial gold) just for showing off.American middle class can afford the most expensive and extravagant life compared to Europe middle class ,understandably where the big money is.

Talagang di mpagkaila na artist si sir Acuña, pagpasok mo sa lobby ng bahay bungad nasayo mga yung giant chandelier na nkalapag. Bawat sulok meron mga koleksyon na hitik sa grandeur at istorya. Yung bundok sa painting ni Buenaventura ay mukhang mount Banahaw. Yung mga paintings ni sir sa museum lang natunghayan..swerte bro Fern nakapasok ka dyan. Yung ka kwentuhan ni sir Acuña kamukha ng porma ng tiyuhin ko pati buhok. Yung limo marami nko nkita nyan nu'ng nasa Dubai pko work, nirerentahan sila pra sa mga events. Yung kulay at motif ng bahay ni sir Acuña ay nagpaalala sakin ng bahay ng Sheik sa Dubai.
