lamb meat 700 grams preferable from the neck
lamb fat 1 or 2 pcs
chickpeas 1/3 of a cup
white bean 1/3 of a cup
4 cloves of garlic
2 onion
tomato 3
potato 4
tomato paste 2 heaped tbsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
nutmeg powder 1 tsp
cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
chilli flakes 1 tsp

از اون شوینده صورتی که یاد دادید میشه برای بدن و مو هم استفاده کرد؟
میشه از روغن درخت چای به جای روغن زیتون استفاده کرد؟
به جای روغن زیتون چه روغنی میشه استفاده کرد که برای پوست چرب هم خوب باشه؟
چه موادی رو از اون شوینده میشه صرف نظر کرد و ازش در ساخت شوینده استفاده نکرد؟
میشه بعد از استفاده از شوینده دیگر هیچ چیزی به پوست و مو نزنیم حتی گلاب یا فقط بعد از استفاده از شوینده از یک مرطوب کننده یا آبرسان خانگی استفاده کنیم؟
