Thank you for all you do to save and give these bunnies a second chance at the best life. You're amazing. If the world had more people like you, we would live in a world where no one would abandon pets in a park. Thank you, from one animal lover to another.
It makes me so freaking happy you saved these bunnies. People are so damn cruel and think rabbits are low-maintenance pets so they do 0 research and then dump them in the wild. I've never even owned a rabbit, and yet I know how much work must be put in when you own one-- let alone 20. Thank you for rescuing these little guys.
I know how hard it is to rescue just one rabbit, but 20! That’s insane! Thank you so much for what you do, and for saving these poor innocent rabbits. ❤️
To deal with this issue, local legislators NEED to pass strict regulations on the amount of animals going in and out of pet stores. We need to start putting hard limits on the amount of animals being sold for money. It’s ridiculous.
One time my dog and I found a guinea pig on a walk. I brought it home and contacted a rescue, and then I found out that someone had actually dumped 40 of them in a nearby park. It was the first time I'd heard about people dumping small animals in groups like that. Most, if not all of the guinea pigs were rescued.
Oh man, you are in the bunny rescue world. It is a tough job, but my goodness it is so needed. You are a gem for saving them all! Thank you for your service to the animals of this world.
Austin, thank you so much for showing this whole process. Aside from just operating your animal rescue and taking such good care of them, I know you’re also inspiring tons of small animal lovers to pitch in in their own communities. You got me over here about to fill out 501c3 paperwork! 😂❤
king shit right here! i cant know how long your business will go for but hopefully once im an adult with a good disposable income ill spoil my future piggies with products from an individual instead of a large corporation. thank you for your work, keep at it❤
All rescues and shelters seem to be overwhelmed and over capacity, with little resources to help the animals. If only people were more responsible. So many animals, including guinea pigs and rabbits, are being dumped at alarming rates. Thankyou for helping do so much for these for so many animals, I can only hope that these gorgeous buns can get successfully adopted ❤🎉.
Austin you should so start a fundraiser to raise money for a location you could buy or rent to start an animal rescue that way you don’t have to keep them in your home and can continue rescuing ! I know it’s easier said than done but just an idea
It's amazing how fast and easy it is to create a mess, yet how long and laborious it is to fix it. I wish people were better-educated and there were more resources to help animals an people in need
OMG you are literally a life saver to those rabbits Austin thank you for all your hard work in helping those bunnies. And People out there please stop dumping your animals! it's cruel, inhumane and no need when there's so many resources out there to help you rehome.
It always feels so mean to tell people that dumping their animals will kill them, but it's true. She was worried that they'd be euthanized at the shelter, but in all honesty, that would be a painless death as opposed to what would happen to them out there. Hit by cars, starvation, dehydration, heat stroke, dogs, predators...Not to mention that people might not have taken kindly to them taking up space in their backyards and digging under appliances. There are still "pest removal companies" that wouldn't hesitate to trap those bunnies and just dump the traps in a bucket. All it takes is one phone call to a company like that and those bunnies are getting drowned. People need to stop dumping their animals, but they also need to understand that they can find help for their animals. Low-cost spay/neuter needs to be available in more places for rabbits especially, since that seems to be why most of these rabbits end up getting dumped in such high numbers.
Amazing video! I watch your videos because i cant have a guinea pig or rabbit because my aunt is sadly allergic. (This channel helps me learn more about them) ❤❤❤
We didn't know much about rabbits when we where kids and my brothers male rabbit got away from him and we saw him not to long later with a wild female and a bunch of babies that looked like him few days later i snuck up on him and grabbed him and brought him home i felt the babies would be ok since thay had wild momma's genes and would know how to survive i found that i was right as I'd see descendents here and there every year playing or boxing his tortoise shell appearance disappeared overtime slowly from his grandchildren and great grandchildren and so on but i loved that they lived good wild bunny lives they apparently made two homes one under a trailer just down the ( gravel and private road owned by family that we lived on as well) street from us and under a shed of a older woman two houses down i could sit about 8 feet away in another yard and just watch them play and munch on grass for hours in the afternoon when it had cooled off from the heat of the day
Loving the Rabbit rescue videos ..why are some people so stupid as to dump any animals il never know ..makes me so angry..kittens and puppies too..u name it they dump it !!
i always get mad at how many animals get dumped during summer ... its horrible. they die of heat juste because you want to take a 2 week trip. find a pet sitter or something, this is too sad. people clearly dont care about animals
The thought of people leaving their pet rabbits outside makes me sick. More than the potential harm to the rabbits themselves, the fact that multiple countries are still burning millions to eradicate invasive species and people can just mindlessly contribute towards it is gross.
If had put free in news paper shopper those rabbits wound find home fast someone pick give good health me but people won't do because of arp group it sad people drop pet rabbits in wild the poor rabbits can't live there n wild just dogs and poultry why people can't understand that ??
What in the world is going on with all these idiots dumping rabbits in your town??? I really don’t understand the logic behind just letting them run free
My guinea pigs just died a few weeks ago idk what happened but there was like a mucus like substance in their eyes and they stopped eating that much I went to the vet and they said it was just tired. My father's rooster also had the same symptoms I'm afraid that it will also affect my bunnies pls help me to figure out what kind of disease it is so I can protect my animals since the bunnies gave birth to healthy young kits they may be more prone to the disease they're about 3-4 weeks old
Contact a rabbit rescue and ask if they ever heard of something like that. Make sure your bunny area is clean especially where your guinea pig frequent..If bunnies are off in any way bring to a rabbit savvy vet.
I love how the community comes together to help save all these poor babies

You should invest in the self closing cat catcher nets for future rescues to prevent any bunny escapes.

Hi The Pig Room!! This is an awesome video and thanks so much for doing I am sure the buns are so grateful!
Uhh I just love what you do for these beautiful animals! Thankyou❤
I don't know much about rabbits but isn't there a better way to rescue them with out traumatizing them even more then they already where ?
Uh.. It doesn't seem that traumatizing, to be honest. And no I don't think so, they have to be captured.
They r so adorable.
These poor things, as someone who's owned bunnies this shatters meee
Heartbreaking situation for rabbits & rescuers 😢
Those poor bunnies! Thank you so much for rescuing them!!❤️😊
My adrenaline was pumping!

Austin is not a vet, please go to a second vet for another opinion.
@@NicoletteMPH ik but since he has alot of experience with guinea pigs I thought he would know and the vets said the same thing

I have 2 Guinea pigs i am giving away, do you want them? They are both boys and around 4 years old. For Austin….
Please contact a local rescue group or your town's animal shelter.
Be very careful..There are reptile owners looking for food for their snakes. Definitely contact a rescue.
Omg what is happening here? Please contact a local rescue.
