    This video was so helpful! Thank you so much. Split breasts were $1.79 per pound in my area today while boneless skinless were $4.99. I saved so much but wasn’t sure the best way to process them. Thanks a million!

    Great video, I found using my fish filleting knife works really well because it is flexible.

    What's the point? If you're going to skin it you might as well buy them that way. The whole point is to de-bone but keep the skin. That's something you can't buy.
