Hanji, bilkul. The felt the same way, just didn’t know how to word it. Especially when Andrew Tate came around and podcasts became more popular, I wondered if we’d ever have one to gather around.

There's alot of incorrect information here on maryada of the Khalsa. This topic should be covered by those who have more knowledge on bani and ithiaas. Many of the views made are actually anti-khalsa.

Brother , like martial arts practice is important , likewise Jhatka is allowed.
Maryada is only jhatka. No Jathebandi is greater than Dal Panth. The GurItihaas is full of Shikaar. Sikhs are not Brahmins and Vaishnav. Kshatriya life cannot be exempt from meat.

Hanji. Vaishnav mat has destroyed many of our mindsets🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s like no one knows about Jhatka and it’s maryada. So annoying

@@KhaalasPanjab Well it all depends. If you read Guru Granth Sahib. Veg diet is always recommended. Now I do not disagree that meat cannot be eaten.
But a sikh must always strive to be a vegetarian.
      Gurbani says-
They burn away the bonds of the world, and eat a simple diet of grain and water.(SGGS p467)
You kill living beings, and call it a righteous action. Tell me, brother, what would you call an unrighteous action? (SGGS p1103)
You say that the One Lord is in all, so why do you kill chickens? (SGGS p1350)
Kabeer, the dinner of beans and rice is excellent, if it is flavored with salt. Who would cut his throat, to have meat with his bread? (SGGS p1374)
Kabeer, those mortals who consume marijuana, fish and wine - no matter what
pilgrimages, fasts and rituals they follow, they will all go to hell. (SGGS p1377
Guru Granth Sahib ji is our current Guru and is the combined jyot of all the Gurus.
So we must listen and obey to Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
As you mentioned that no jathebandi aur jatha is above dal.
Well even the Khalsa Dal is not above Guru Sahib and no itehaas is greater than the Guru Maharaj himself.
Also you try to use your own mat saying there is itehaas.
Well there is itehaas on taking bhang too.
Where as bajjar kurehit says against taking any type of intoxicants.
Still people justify this using the itehaas logic.
Also your logic about sikh being just Kshatriya is entirely wrong.
Guru Sahib has said in Tankhanama of Bhai Nand Lal ji-
All the four castes, I have blend into one and popularise the worship of Waheguru.

@@thorodinson6597have u seen what Guru Nanak says about meat? Only fools argue about it. It depends on the person entirely

    • @thorodinson6597
      @thorodinson6597 Год назад

@@jassimarsingh6505 Yes I know but according to the Gurbani Vegetarian diet is recommended. After all Killing animals for your taste is no good karma at all.
Gurbani tells us to go beyond our desires and taste, not to be consumed by it.
The pleasures of gold and silver, the pleasures of women, the pleasure of the fragrance of sandalwood.
The pleasure of horses, the pleasure of a soft bed in a palace, the pleasure of sweet treats and the pleasure of meat.
These pleasures of the human body are so numerous; how can the Naam, the Name of the Lord, find its dwelling in the heart?
It is clear from Guru Nanak's verse above that he accords meat a status similar to gold, silver, women, fragrances, horses, beds, palaces, and sweets.
To forget God and remain obsessed with substances is 'desire.' For those that are immersed in the rememberance of God, no substance is 'desirous.' To obsess unduly on meat as acknowledged by Guru Granth Sahib, is tantamount to ignoring the fundamental messages of the Guru Granth Sahib.
