I love your original blanket, despite the dodgy corners 😁. I'm a great fan of corner to corner... I'm thinking broader "stripes" of the main multicolour with single rows of the 4 alternate solid colours repeating through....and best of all it has such neat edges it doesn't need bordering
Good Morning Glenda. ❤ I have to agree with the idea of the ripple blanket with alternating solids and the multi after each solid to pull the colors together. ❤
Glenda, thank you so much for your fabulous review of Premier 's new "ELLE by Me" Yarns! Delighted that you love the Premier Puzzle Shimmer collection!!! Have fun creating and inspiring all your subscribers!!!
I was thinking about you making the entire blanket over again and I think Nanette from Texas is right, just take off the border and try again. I love the blanket you already have. Maybe take a break and retry again.
I think I would do some kind of a ripple stitch alternating the solids with the multi. Looks like nice yarn, wish I would have got to some of that shimmer yarn, oh well, thanks for sharing with us
I would do a square or rectangle from the middle switching between the multi and the solids you decide how many rounds/rows of each color. Have fun with it.😊
I have to say I really liked the blanket you showed at the beginning of the video-the multi with the solid edging, but everyone’s ideas here are great.
I don't really like telling people what to make; but, if I made a blanket from that yarn, I would use a granny square pattern with floral centres. For the flowers I would use the yellow, blue and purple yarn. Then I would use the multicoloured yarn as a backdrop, with a green join as you go border to tie everything together. That way, all the colours get a chance to look their best, while complimenting each other. At the end of the day, what is really important, is that YOU have fun Glenda.
I think it would pretty if you alternated rows of solid colors with rows of multi colored and use all the solid colors either separately with a row of multi in between or rows of each then that many rows of multi, maybe if you use a stitch like the v stitch stitch that looks like a ripple with doing a ripple. 🤷🏻♀️ I’m sure whatever you make will look great!
Thank you Glenda for showing us that , even for you, that there are times when your projects doesn’t always come out like you expected. From one who’s still learning.❤
I just finished the French Kiss blanket pattern using this yarn from the Premier site, just subbing in different colors. I really love how it turned out!
I like the blanket you already made with the blue, just redo the border. I really like the green with the multi color! But when you mentioned a ripple blanket, I can really picture all those colors in a ripple looking beautiful!
I would love for a back and forth afghan sampler stitch with all of creative grandma special stitches that Cody uses. I would love to buy that pattern if you do it
Those colors you’ve ordered in are beautiful. Choosing a pattern is my hardest part. That’s why I click on your channel to get ideas from you. Thank you so much.
Hi Glenda,I would do a mitered pattern starting with the multi color then after every five rows change to a solid for two rows, rotate solid, finish with multi color border with picot stitch, have a great afternoon
I like using the Granny Ripple for afghans. It works up quick and I can watch tv while crocheting. Though there are several patterns that would look nice, I think the Elle yarn would make a beautiful Country Granny Square afghan. You could do the traditional Grannies or make heart or flower Grannies, but definitely use all the colors for them. I love the Premier Shimmer. They're very pretty! I have no doubt your afghan will be beautiful when you're finished. Blue is my favorite color, so I would definitely like the blue and grey together! Have a good evening!
I have enjoyed using Puzzle in the regular colors, and seem to reall you showed the Puzzle Shimmer in another video. I can hardly wait to see the afghan! I am feeling inspired to do a Christmas afghan again, since it has been four years! Thanks, Glenda!
I like how you did the other one. the center one color and the accent a solid color. and I like the green. The green is a cooler color and would look wonderful together.
Leave the middle the same and use each solid color as the border. I do like ripple or wavy patterns you could rotate between the liken color and solids. Or a rectangle blanket with one color in the middle then the liken and then a colored border. Just some ideas. I love the blanket as you have it.❤🧶
Ripple stitch blanket with a stripe of each solid color broken up with a stripe of the multi-color. Or, the blanket you already made, changing the border color to the Buttercup.
I love all those colors. It makes it hard to choose. I love the blue the most. The purple is my second favorite. I like the back and forth style pattern.
Puzzle Shimmer is beautiful. When I saw Elle I thought of Lovey Security Blanket and thinking of getting a yellow with the multi colored. I can thinking of few animals I could do with different solid colors. Thanks for your videos. Sending prayers love and hugs
Hi miss Glenda. I love the multi lichen with the basil. I like how you did the last blanket with the blue around the edge but maybe the outer part you could tweak and do something with that but it was absolutely gorgeous. God blessing you and your family.
Its a beautiful blanket Glenda, I love the colors you chose. i agree with frogging and redoing the border in the same colors you chose its perfect! ❤❤❤ thanks for sharing…cant wait to see your Christmas Blanket!!!!
Hiya! Me personally im a granny swuare feind! But for this yarn id make a granny rectangle and change colors every set number of rows (example 5) That way all the colors have time to thrive but the milti isnt overwhelming.
Love the blanket you made it looks so cozy and cuddly. The yarn is beautiful 🧶 one of my favorite ripples is your fan and feathers. Maybe that pattern alternating with the variegated and solids. For anyone interested they have some good coupons today on Premier
Thanks Glenda. Cannot wait to see your new blankets❤❤❤. By the way...I did your jack frost blanket with that yarn. I LOVE it. Now I'm hooked on all the PUZZLE Yarns. I also did your pumpkin spice blanket. So so pretty!!!!
Hi Glenda, I would use the speckled Elle yarn for a rectangular modern granny. Then I would use the gold yarn to frame it with a wide border. Then to finish it off I'd do a picot finishing border in purple.
I think the premier Charlotte yarn would be pretty in a shell stitch. I think it would put each color in a cluster and alternate with the solids. They are all beautiful colors. Good luck figuring out which you decide to do. I hate to see you have to take the Afghan apart that you made. But I’ve don’t this myself.
I like that you did the pattern in one big block but what if you used each solid color around it in stripes as the border finishing with the pattern. I like the scalloped edge too
Hi CG 👋😊. I would make a continuous granny and start with the variegated in the center, and continually add the solids around the outer rounds personally. Because I don't like making a zillion 5 round squares then stitching them all together. At least it feels like a zillion 😂🤣. And wow the colors you chose are BEAUTIFUL 😍!
Glenda, I'm quite fond of your original blanket! I would frog the border, or maybe just leave 2 rows of the blue. Then, if you'd like, you could bring back the original yarn for one round, like you did on one of Cody's recent blankets. There are several other great ideas in other comments, too! MaryAnne
Glenda, I would only frog the border. Too much work went into making the body of the blanket. I would feel like I waisted my time if I frogged the whole thing. The Body looks GREAT!!! Victoria
Hi Glenda. Thanks for the Premier yarn unboxing. I love the Elle yarn colors, especially the plum as it adds a little more brightness to the Lichen multi. A ripple stitch using these two colors would be very pretty. I also like the Puzzle Shimmer yarns you are using for your Xmas blanket & can't wait for the upcoming sneak peek in a few days. ❤️
Hi Glenda So the blanket that you already made and if you're saying the only thing that's wrong with it is the Border in the corners why can't you just figure out where you tied the corner the the Border off at and take the Border off and just redo the Border because you said that you had other things to do and this is going to set you back a little further if you make a whole new blanket you know what I'm saying why can't you just find out where you tied it off at on the the border and just take the Border off and just redo the border on the blanket that you are already done. That's just me if I had all the stuff that you have to do to to catch up to save not to have to make a whole new blanket that's what I would do YOUR FRIEND NANETTE FROM TEMPLE TEXAS ❤❤❤😊.
I haven't crocheted in like 5 months now. Im looking forward to getting back into it. I literally have my best friend my entire yarn drag except about 1 1/2 totes which is currently in my storage in Indiana. So I get to go shopping soon to get more yarn. When i do I'll let you know because I'll be coming out your way to shop at joanns.

Good Morning Glenda. ❤ I have to agree with the idea of the ripple blanket with alternating solids and the multi after each solid to pull the colors together. ❤
I agree, great idea!
I agree also. This is exactly what I was thinking.
It definitely needs more of the border color somewhere in the design
I really like the green with that yarn 🧶
Glenda, thank you so much for your fabulous review of Premier 's new "ELLE by Me" Yarns! Delighted that you love the Premier Puzzle Shimmer collection!!! Have fun creating and inspiring all your subscribers!!!
I was thinking about you making the entire blanket over again and I think Nanette from Texas is right, just take off the border and try again. I love the blanket you already have. Maybe take a break and retry again.
I’d use every color and make it colorful and make a big granny square
I think I would do some kind of a ripple stitch alternating the solids with the multi. Looks like nice yarn, wish I would have got to some of that shimmer yarn, oh well, thanks for sharing with us
Ripple alternating variegated with all of the solid colors. Variegated-blue-variegated-green-variegated-gold-variegated-lavender.
Puzzle is one of my favorite yarns. Such great colors. Love the colors you chose for your afghan.
Beautiful yarn! Can't wait to see what you create with all of it.🤗💖
I think the ripple with the green would be very nice. Love puzzle yarn. Haven’t tried the shimmer yet but soon . Thanks for showing yarn.
I love that blanket the way it is
I think alternating the multi color with each of the solid colors would look beautiful in a ripple stitch blanket.
I would do a square or rectangle from the middle switching between the multi and the solids you decide how many rounds/rows of each color. Have fun with it.😊
I personally would take the solid colors and make a granny square or maybe a block stitch blanket with it.❤
A checkerboard of solids and main colours was my 2nd idea
I have to say I really liked the blanket you showed at the beginning of the video-the multi with the solid edging, but everyone’s ideas here are great.
I agree. That was beautiful. I would have just done the border over.
I don't really like telling people what to make; but, if I made a blanket from that yarn, I would use a granny square pattern with floral centres. That yellow would be gorgeous as a border with the multi-color as a body! 😍
I just finished the French Kiss blanket pattern using this yarn from the Premier site, just subbing in different colors. I really love how it turned out!
Hi Glenda, a star shaped blanket the main part in the multi colours and the boarder in the mauve
I really likes the Puzzle Jack Frost and the blue color together
Ohhh I can’t wait to see the Premier Puzzle shimmer Xmas blanket. I love puzzle yarn.
I like the blanket you already made with the blue, just redo the border. I really like the green with the multi color! But when you mentioned a ripple blanket, I can really picture all those colors in a ripple looking beautiful!
Those yarns are beautiful colors and I love the sparkle. I’m looking forward to seeing your blanket progress. 🧶💜🙏🏻
I would love for a back and forth afghan sampler stitch with all of creative grandma special stitches that Cody uses. I would love to buy that pattern if you do it
I like the gold or the green using the multi color for the body. It will be beautiful
Multicolor ripples would be beautiful. Alternate the variegated with the different colors.
Those colors you’ve ordered in are beautiful. Choosing a pattern is my hardest part. That’s why I click on your channel to get ideas from you. Thank you so much.
Ripple style blanket with solids stripes separated with varigated stripes sounds good ❤
I would do solid color squares trimmed and bordered with the variegated yarn. Beautiful colors! You could also add variegated squares in the mix. 😊
Love the solids! Can you maybe incorporate all solids with the multi in a ripple blanket?😊
I love that Elle yarn you have. I would do maybe a C2C or maybe a log cabin style with all those colors 🤔
Love your colors together.
I’d do a Ripple and change your colors every 2 rows
Love the greens, so beautiful. You got some very beautiful yarn. Christmas 🎄 yarns are so very pretty this year.
Hi Glenda,I would do a mitered pattern starting with the multi color then after every five rows change to a solid for two rows, rotate solid, finish with multi color border with picot stitch, have a great afternoon

Good morning Ms Glenda. Lucky woman. All that pretty yarn . . .
Love the basil color, blue is my second choice. Back and forth with multi color, solid border would be so nice.
👋 Glenda! I would just frog the border and use a little of each color for the border. Frame with the last row in white/cream. (shrug) 🌞
I love the one you did. I think the print for the blanket and solid for the trim. I liked the light blue and the basil both as trim❤
The Elle yarn colors are gorgeous. They look very squishy soft. The shimmer is very nice also.
I like how you did the other one. the center one color and the accent a solid color. and I like the green. The green is a cooler color and would look wonderful together.
I agree.
Can't wait to see the Puzzle Christmas blanket! Thanks for showing the yarn colors, very helpful! Hello to Cody too 😊
Leave the middle the same and use each solid color as the border. I do like ripple or wavy patterns you could rotate between the liken color and solids. Or a rectangle blanket with one color in the middle then the liken and then a colored border. Just some ideas. I love the blanket as you have it.❤🧶
Great ideas, I agree!
Ripple stitch blanket with a stripe of each solid color broken up with a stripe of the multi-color. Or, the blanket you already made, changing the border color to the Buttercup.
I am a sucker for a granny square blanket. Also very popular now. The blanket you already made is beautiful too.
Oh, I wish you could figure out the border on your blanket because I'm already in love with it. It's sooooo pretty
I would just redo the border on your original blanket. Its beautiful. Then use the others to make a different blanket.
I love all those colors. It makes it hard to choose. I love the blue the most. The purple is my second favorite. I like the back and forth style pattern.
I love all those colors. It makes it hard to choose. I love the blue the most. The purple is my second favorite.
i was rooting for the basil before you held it up! I am not a green person generally but I think it is the best. Goldenrod being second.
Puzzle Shimmer is beautiful. When I saw Elle I thought of Lovey Security Blanket and thinking of getting a yellow with the multi colored. I can thinking of few animals I could do with different solid colors. Thanks for your videos. Sending prayers love and hugs
I would do a crochet log cabin blanket with those beautiful colors 😊
I think the yellow and green with the multi. Maybe a wave or ripple stitch. The blue matches but on the original blanket it’s too much.
Hi miss Glenda. I love the multi lichen with the basil. I like how you did the last blanket with the blue around the edge but maybe the outer part you could tweak and do something with that but it was absolutely gorgeous. God blessing you and your family.
I love the blanket you made was Elle yarn too thin maybe ??
Its a beautiful blanket Glenda, I love the colors you chose. i agree with frogging and redoing the border in the same colors you chose its perfect! ❤❤❤ thanks for sharing…cant wait to see your Christmas Blanket!!!!

Granny squares in the solids and the multicolored and then piece them together like a quilt
I would just frog the border and make a different border.
Yes what @DianaLehman-q7e said! The Basil matches better in my opinion!
Beautiful yarns Glenda thank you for sharing.
I like the yellowish solid .
I’d enjoy that blanket as a giveaway gift. It’s gorgeous.
The puzzle shimmer is gorgeous. For the Elle yarn I would use the grit stitch with either the green or blue for the border.
Oh! I love the Basil!! I think doing a ripple with the solid in alternate rows would be lovely.
I think a combination of complimentary solid and variegated colors in a chevron or ripple stitch would be beautiful!
I like the ripple yarn.
You could do the ripple alternating a solid, then the variegated using all the solids.
ohhh la la... Granny squares...definetely for me! 🥰
I like your blanket, I like the basil for a border.
Hi Glenda,
I would use the speckled Elle yarn for a rectangular modern granny. Then I would use the gold yarn to frame it with a wide border. Then to finish it off I'd do a picot finishing border in purple.
I love the blanket the way it is,but the green you showed would look good to,but it is beautiful 🎉❤

I LOVE the basil color with the lichen. I think I would do rows back and forth with the solid color alternating with the multi
I would do row by row using the lichen between each color and use all the colors. Those puzzle colors will make a pretty blanket.
Hi Glenda, I made a scarf with the puzzle shimmer yarn and it is easy to work with this yarn and my scarf is so beautiful
Chevron with solid stripes and multi stripes would also look nice.
Glenda, I'm quite fond of your original blanket! I would frog the border, or maybe just leave 2 rows of the blue. Then, if you'd like, you could bring back the original yarn for one round, like you did on one of Cody's recent blankets. There are several other great ideas in other comments, too! MaryAnne
For Elle blanket I I would use all solid colors for large diagonal color stripes separated by the variegated and then use the variegated for edging.🧶
Glenda, I would use either the green or the yellow to make a border on the blanket. They pop more than the blue. The pattern you did seems fine to me.
I like the plum or light blue with the multi colored yarn.. maybe another stitch using the multi with a solid border but different border .🥰
Those Christmas colours are stunning!😊
I am "lichen" the solid green with the multi color.
Beautiful yarns, love the shimmer! 😍
Glenda, I would only frog the border. Too much work went into making the body of the blanket. I would feel like I waisted my time if I frogged the whole thing. The Body looks GREAT!!! Victoria
I agree! It's too lovely!
Love the basil color. I would do a blanket with that as the main and the multicolor as the boarder
Hi Glenda, if it was me I would go with the green and do the blanket as you did just using the green 💚 as the border.
😊
Yes the first idea .😊
Hi Glenda, I think however you make it up, to me the goldenrod and the basil look the best with the multi.
Hi Glenda

YOUR FRIEND NANETTE

gourgeos colors thank you for sharing 🙏❤
