Love Actually
imagine this dude working with Fincher or Tarantino. He'd absolutely smash it. I heard rumours over the years since he left the show that he was being offered multiple roles in major movies but wanted to spend more time with his children while they were growing up. Now they have i'm sure we will see him in more movies.

Danai Gurira is an phenomenal actress love her in the walking dead to me she outshines a lot of the others but here with Lincoln go extremely well together.

I've heard of number of actors speak about how they like the "nomadic lifestyle" of an actor (working for a while but being able to do something new before they get bored). While working on a long-running show does help one's bank acct., it also prevents them from doing other things.

The two best TWDU characters are coming back with easily the best spin-off! This looks so cinematic and I love how we’re seeing more of the group that Michonne left with in her final episode! Rick is coming back in full force!

I really Missed Michonne and Rick I'm so happy to see them on the big screen again. The original show just felt empty without them. It wasn't TWD anymore without both of them it still was but it was half of what it used to be. Also I hope the opening theme or soundtrack is great.

We didn’t need a spin off we just needed another season. I was so hooked and loved just about every character. They definitely deserve awards and acknowledgement from their rolls in TWD.

I like that I feel like watching a more personal cinematic, in search of seeing Michonne in search of Rick. Even though Fear's ending was disappointing, at least all of the other spin offs have been great so far. Still hope to see other characters pop up in the shows at some point, like Morgan or Dwight/Sherry.

I can not wait to see this!! I missed Andrew/Rick so much. To me he was the heart of the show and without him it lost so much and left s whole that just couldn't be filled.

My biggest fear is both are separated for many years, this show could set in two different periods of time, one is when Rick is rescued and taken to other part of the world and the other is Michonne in the present.. I hope to see a reunion 😢
I do hope this leads to a universe event where all the shoes join up not only for the epicness of seeing all of them together but I wanna see Morgan reunite with Rick & every1 from TWD. Same with Dwight I want a reunion with him & every1 especially Daryll & Negan. Then theres Michone reuniting with her kids & every1 else & Rick reuniting with every1 especially Daryll, Negan, Maggie & Judith & of course meeting his son & Herschel. I also wanna see him react to the ppl we lost especially Jesus, Rosita, Tara, Sadiq & Edith. Oh I forgot have them meet Rosey
I think only Michonne will see Rick again. I believe Daryl and the others won't be able to see him anymore probably because they're getting too far away from Rick's location or the CRM
Daryl had his own spin off 6 episodes was too short
Carol told Daryl that "Rick came back," so whenever that show happens is probably after this, and it sounds like Rick reunites with some of the others at some point.
That will cause Anarchy with the fans who waited 6 years for a reunion.

I only started watching back in late 2019 so i was very late to the fandom but when i saw the ep where rick got saved i always wanted to know where he go and i hoped as i kept watching we would find out to get all the way to the end of the main show to realise we never did get to find out and i was disappointed with that arc.

At this point, the same thing has happened to the walking dead as what happened to the Silent Hill (game) series. During its peak, it was absolutely unstoppable. It got to such a level of fame, and the fans expectations kept hitting the roof, that now there is NOTHING they could do to deliver on that level of anticipation. Im calling it now: Its going to be a whole lot of long dramatic eye contact between two characters and they are gonna call it "artistic design" when there was a whole lot BETTER "artistic design" in the early seasons and they made sense.
Now, its just daryl sharing a grimace with someone and thats called story telling.

im not a fical fan with high expectations each season, i never forgot the amazing seasons that kept me hooked on the older seasons. that being said, i have high expectations here for a series close off with no stones unturned and nostalgia. i think theyve got this in the bag and are going to blow us all away.

Both are great actors and characters, Andrew Lincoln is so underrated. He was what made it great to start with, so its a bit fragmented and we're now being drip fed the show, rather than some grand story arc.
This spinoff better have one hell of an enemy to send it off i wanna see the stakes raised to max because thats where a love story shines if the stakes are maximized

I think Rick might be missing a hand....... the shot where he is killing walkers between the gate the way he holds his left hand under to help steady weapon kinda gives the missing a hand vibe.

The spin-offs before this one really killed any excitement I could have. Back when Carl was bit it was said the idea of someone being immune, or there being a cure took away the point of the story. And where are we now? The only real power left will murder tens of thousands of people if those people can't balance the books in just the right way. Also is this the spin-off where Jadis finally finds infinity stones? Seeing as they keep inflating her "super awesome, deep, complex, totally interesting character" with each passing spin off.
This is going to be amazing 🤩🤩 can't wait for it...
