I have been to Monaco 25+ times plus lived there for 3 months so have been to all 10. The main I can add is to Fontveille and that is all reclaimed land and used to be the Sea and they filled it in to develop it. Very expensiv project but with land prices in Monaco being the most expensive in the World! Now they are doing the same on the other side of Monaco/Larvotto Beach.
