Afcon has really surprised me. It's been an amazing watch with great football. Very entertaining. I'll rather watch Afcon than some boring euro league games. "Some". This isn’t a fluke we came from 4-0 down to draw 4-4 against Nigeria and we drew with defending champions Algeria in our first match at Afcon since 1996. I feel for the Cote d'Ivoire goalkeeper, the look on his face after the blunder says it all 2:19..very unlucky as well that his right knee tripped in the grass which caused that mistake.
he got injured because of the pitch, i think the face he was making it's because of the pain and he can't even get up
Players in Europe and at big clubs arent used to real grass fields anymore but the hybrid ones where they lie down artificial turf first and then plant real grass in between. No clumping, or overturned sod.
