Also just like the person said above me they have so many hidden ingredients & a bunch of sauces they use contain animal ingredients which makes it hard to eat 100% vegan there.

Real!! I agree American food typically is far unhealthier, but someone's eating unhealthy is fine. You have to take into consideration all the delicious types of sandwiches we invented. When I think of American food I think of a flavorful meaty sandwich. There's also foods like Gumbo that are soooo good. Just because British food is made from less processed ingredients doesn't excuse it being flavorless.
Plenty of British food is great if cooked correctly with good quality ingredients. Nothing we do here though is as nice as say, a real authentic southern bbq place
