Sir in 17:35 Applicable threshold limit how 20lakhs ?

because nagaland is doing exempted supplies. hence go by other two states for threshold limit.

20 lakhs in case of both g & s. And 40lakhs in case of intra goods only. Sir might have considered the prior case🤷🏻‍♂️

If nagaland have taxable supplies then he will consider it as 10laks
