I sometimes find lana's loyalty chilling. She does anything you ask with no regrets. Like koth and theron, despite her affection she goes all 'the boss called it I do it'....strange. She's an unusual intelligent pragmatic sith and yet....
That's actually why I hate to go against her recommendations and disappoint her. She is the only one actually loyal to you. No matter what happens. And she has done way more for you than everybody else (she got us out of carbonite for f*ck's sake).
I think that's why I like her character so much - she is very complicated and full of contradictions. I feel like if this was a single player game, we would probably be able to have some interesting conversations with her and she might have quite an awesome story arc. Sadly as an MMO we don't really get to go too deeply into her philosophies, motivations and loyalties etc. Its still super satisfying watching her kill for us though ;)
@@luckdragon88 we don't go over her as much personally because it's a mmo it's because she's a expansion character all the expansion characters aren't treated like your main story ship crew members they're treated as just characters in the story who if they put appear enough you can understand them somewhat

I wouldn't mind having two beautiful Sith females duking it out with lighsabers to get my attention and charm me. Some serious hardcore mating ritual, but wth, its the Sith way, I guess.

I mean they didn't expect you to just order them to be cut down like that but also they probably couldn't do anything if they even fought back. After all, Sith Warrior and Inquisitor along with Malgus it seems the strongest warriors in the galaxy. It is shown as Inquisitor simply zaps another Dark Council member like nothing, which I like.
Me too! Lana rarely gets fun lines as she is mostly used to stand and do a monologue about what the latest quest line or situation is about. So when she does get some decent lines, its always brilliant :D
This is by far he best dark side choice in this game and the highlight on Onslaught for me. I remember screaming “HOLY SHIT” when that happen. Decapitation in Star Wars...that’s something I haven’t seen in a long time. Star Wars Legends is the best
I like how Lana only needs to hear her name called to know that she now has to decapitate the two. And how the dialogue that comes out is actually shorter than the line in the option wheel.
Well this makes sense actually, at the beginning after your task is assigned to you, Malgus tells you that some Sith might make some trouble, so don’t be affraid to get rid of them.

I suppose she may be old enough for that...maybe. Servant One appears to a fcking Jedi Knight without any real explanation(what he tells us is NOT enough). Darth Ravage,wants to avange the Emperor? Ravage? Seriously? I didn't think Ravage be loyal to anything save himself. Perhaps I am wrong though. The Order of Zildrog had such a pottential. It could have been epic. After everything they went through together in Forged Alliances,Shadow of Revan,Rise of The Emperor,KOTFE & KOTET,Mr.Shan all of a sudden looses fate in the Aliance,Alianze Commander and Lana? Dealt with Revan,Arcan,Velen and Tenebre together,and all of a sudden he is the only 1 who can save the galaxy? What a BS. With Gravestone and the Eternal Fleet,Alianze kept in line ALL major factions. There may have been incidents,skirmishes and stuff,but nothing major. And so on and so on...
Same. Honestly in my eyes they did a good job. Not only did they complete the mission they also ensured a benefit for the Imperial Military. Also Vowrawn is amazing and it’s simply a shame to kill him

He provided aid to the Emperor's Wrath purely because it was the best course of action for his own interests. Otherwise he would have just not gotten involved at all.

They've never shown decapitation in this game. Always implied it or jumpcut it but never deadass showed the heads. Hell, we don't even get to see the head of Huttsbane 😤

I liked her in the previous expansion. In this one they seemed to be shoving her in our faces at every possible occasion and that kind of made me like her less. It was kind of annoying. She even got the most flirts.

The funny thing was that Shaar clearly didn't expect the order to kill her and got scared. While Vowrawn realized it at the same second and bowed his head obediently.
They spent years administrating and sitting in fancy chairs while Lana and the Commander were off fighting the most dangerous galactic threat in history. So, y'know, a reminder to keep exercising. Muscle: Use it or lose it.
@@xLetalis That is kind of true. But a true Darth is both strong and smart, like Baras, Bane or Vitiate himself. To be honest, their weakness did not suprise me at that point. When *SPOILER* Scourge pushed her away it was clear that the force is not strong in her.
@Lionard Kirsch The wrath is indeed very op. But Shaar also got killed by Lana who we often saw in trouble against something Scource would have slaughtered. Don’t get me wrong, Lana is still a Sith Lord and by that she is quite a powerhouse, but she is certainly nowhere near Scource.
I think Vowrawn was and will be your only real friend in Sith Empire and council if you helped him...he really likes you so i cant see why anyone would be so cruel :o cool tho they made this choice

@@kristaller8089 - For Lana, the honor is all in serving you. If that means cutting someone's head off from behind, then she draws a sense of honor from doing what you told her to do. I don't necessarily think that's a good philosophy, but it's just how her character operates.
I know many people commented on them getting decapitated (which apparently means they are getting more serious.) But, does anyone notice the pool of blood underneath the corpse at 2:36 leaking from his head? Think that is the first time I've seen 'blood' in this game.
I didn't even realize you could do this. Probably for the best because my Inquisitor is a psychopath and I would have felt obligated to do so in order to stay in character. As a Personal matter I enjoy having the dark council in one piece (Minus Anathal, who was sitting in MY seat). Their intrigue is fascinating, and they are far more intelligent than their predecessors.
I find it really unfortunate that the Dark Side choice is kill Shaar Vowran. I know that Shaar is a relatively new council member but I REALLY like Vowran and killing him just sucks. I suppose the only upside of that ending is that the party banter is really funny.
was abit conflicted with this, i liked Vowrawn spec how much he help against Baras + the char was well written. his fate was sealed on iokath if you side with the emp's + later making the choice to sabotage the emp's efforts, when that cutscene(pun intended :P) hapened i kinda felt sorry for him cause i didnt knew that would hapen
Yea, Vowraan never struck me as powerful. Maybe clever. Not powerful. In the Sith Warrior storyline, he’s protected by bodyguards and you still have to protect him against mercenaries sent by Baras. And Baras’s other apprentice easily has him in his clutches and almost kills him. I think SWTOR does a good job of showing two kind of Sith: the brute force Sith and manipulative/crafty Sith. Which makes sense: if you’re not very powerful, you’re left with cunning to manipulate the situation to your benefit.
His power was in his cunningness and scheming rather than in physical strength, but I do agree that was sad and anti-climactic. I rather like him as a character.
You know what this scene shows us? That Vowrawn is insignificant (for the future story) just as Acina. That at some point they will die anyway. I think that freed Malgus will kill one of them.
@@xLetalis yeah difficult to choose. If you go the Saboteur route, you can kinda play both sides. That's what I did on my inq. Helped the pubs on onderron, then helped the imps on mek-sha and Corellia. You get some interesting dialogue at the end of the expansion

Militarily, that was an extremely unwise decision. But I like the companion’s reactions to it, and I think it’s funny that Lana was on the same page as the character there.
I did something similar with my Sith Warrior, I had an additional point against Vowrawn because if I remember correctly he submitted to Arcann in KOTFE.

In the Sith Warrior play through, if you kill Vowran, you have a word for him. My options glitched and didn’t display anything so I just pushed a button. Said something along the lines of “I’m sorry to have dealt this indignity to you” and I got so sad that I damn near hit the esc button and restarted

Vowrawn is Emperor in my version, so I only got to kill Shaar, but I am digging his new robes here. Dude knows how to dress himself!

@@xLetalis That is kind of true. But a true Darth is both strong and smart, like Baras, Bane or Vitiate himself. To be honest, their weakness did not suprise me at that point. When *SPOILER* Scourge pushed her away it was clear that the force is not strong in her.
@Lionard Kirsch The wrath is indeed very op. But Shaar also got killed by Lana who we often saw in trouble against something Scource would have slaughtered. Don’t get me wrong, Lana is still a Sith Lord and by that she is quite a powerhouse, but she is certainly nowhere near Scource.

@@kristaller8089 - For Lana, the honor is all in serving you. If that means cutting someone's head off from behind, then she draws a sense of honor from doing what you told her to do. I don't necessarily think that's a good philosophy, but it's just how her character operates.

I know many people commented on them getting decapitated (which apparently means they are getting more serious.) But, does anyone notice the pool of blood underneath the corpse at 2:36 leaking from his head? Think that is the first time I've seen 'blood' in this game.

I didn't even realize you could do this. Probably for the best because my Inquisitor is a psychopath and I would have felt obligated to do so in order to stay in character.
As a Personal matter I enjoy having the dark council in one piece (Minus Anathal, who was sitting in MY seat). Their intrigue is fascinating, and they are far more intelligent than their predecessors.
I find it really unfortunate that the Dark Side choice is kill Shaar Vowran. I know that Shaar is a relatively new council member but I REALLY like Vowran and killing him just sucks. I suppose the only upside of that ending is that the party banter is really funny.

I feel like Vowran wasn't really that powerful even among the original dark council members. He just happens to be one of the few left
Yea, Vowraan never struck me as powerful. Maybe clever. Not powerful. In the Sith Warrior storyline, he’s protected by bodyguards and you still have to protect him against mercenaries sent by Baras. And Baras’s other apprentice easily has him in his clutches and almost kills him. I think SWTOR does a good job of showing two kind of Sith: the brute force Sith and manipulative/crafty Sith. Which makes sense: if you’re not very powerful, you’re left with cunning to manipulate the situation to your benefit.
His power was in his cunningness and scheming rather than in physical strength, but I do agree that was sad and anti-climactic. I rather like him as a character.
*Or...* maybe Lana is actually *_that_* powerful and it's about time y'all put some #respek on her name. 🐸☕

You know what this scene shows us? That Vowrawn is insignificant (for the future story) just as Acina. That at some point they will die anyway. I think that freed Malgus will kill one of them.

I don't know... I kind of like both. Especially for the Empire. On the Rep side I don't like the saboteur as much.
@@xLetalis yeah difficult to choose. If you go the Saboteur route, you can kinda play both sides. That's what I did on my inq. Helped the pubs on onderron, then helped the imps on mek-sha and Corellia. You get some interesting dialogue at the end of the expansion

In the Sith Warrior play through, if you kill Vowran, you have a word for him. My options glitched and didn’t display anything so I just pushed a button. Said something along the lines of “I’m sorry to have dealt this indignity to you” and I got so sad that I damn near hit the esc button and restarted
