Thanks for this. Our diffuser stopped misting and it is less than a year old. Your video showed me the mechanics of the devise so I could take a closer look. Our ceramic disc was fine but, for some reason, the o-ring was misaligned. Once properly in place, everything worked great.
This looks like the same part for the Lotus diffuser. But I am not sure how I could get it out of that narrow space without a special tool. Have you tried this on the older model DoTerra Lotus?
