Jim, nicely done. Regarding the fact that your cash is not considered part of your portfolio in Quicken; I keep all of my accounts at Fidelity including a taxable account holding my cash/money market account. That way my overall investment returns includes the 4-5% interest on cash. I automatically transfer cash to my checking account each month to pay my budgeted expenses. That way I can ignore that cash in my analysis since it is a small amount and is offset by bills incurred not paid. Thanks for all of your tips.
