Kim Tae Woo has a beautiful and distinctive voice and he has a rendition of Honey on RUclips that absolutely crushes JYP's original. However, this is my favorite version of Lies anywhere ever. Tae Woo's version is a bit whiny and I guess he tries not to overshadow the other GOD members, whereas JYP sounds so passionate and has to carry the song alone. I'd say omitting the rap portion also helped make it more ballad-y. PERFECT performance by a guy whose writing and production rather than singing ability are what normally attract people.
From his facial expressions you can really tell how proud and touched he is at where he, his written songs, the groups he produced and his JYP company has come to today
