- There’s no better place to begin a series of videos from Malaysia than in the country’s-and one of Southeast Asia’s-most dynamic urban centerpieces, Kuala Lumpur.
Kuala Lumpur is the cultural, financial, tourism, economic and political center of Malaysia-the latter being true despite the capital having been moved to nearby Putrajaya in 1999.
This culturally rich city and the greater metropolitan area encompassing the Klang Valley is among the fastest growing in Southeast Asia, both in population and economic development. It claims several of the world’s tallest buildings and three of the world’s 10 largest shopping malls.
With its tropical climate, great food, plentiful nightlife and friendly people, it’s a terrific place to visit.

Great video! Be happy, be safe, and enjoy your beautiful life ❤
Hello, Ron. Great video. You walked a lot. KLCC to Merdeka Square and Petaling Street. Avoid eating durian ya if you are not in good shape. By the way, you look amazing and healthy. I hope you enjoy your stay in Malaysia.😊
Thank you so much azmanjm. Yes, I walk a lot wherever I go. I credit it for helping keep me healthy. 😀
Thanks 😊😊😊
Very much an educated narrative. Most YT videos are..."We are totally shocked by KL" - "Why didn't anyone warn us about KL" - with 200 plus KL videos uploaded all saying similar- I was more than pleasantly surprised by your offering. Subbed today.
Thanks very much. So glad you enjoyed the video and hope you enjoy the upcoming videos from Malaysia.
Welcome back to KL, Malaysia. Hope that you have had a good time and a pleasant stay.
The meal you had at the food court in Suria KLCC is called nasi lemak, the national dish of Malaysia. A similar dish would cost less at Wanjo in Kampung Baru, the last village in the centre of KL.
@@Yasin_Affandi Thanks for that, Yasin!

@@AMSWingsOfLiberty I thought so but wasn’t sure. Thanks! 😃👍
Man you got that correct Ron - “Bukit Bintang a ‘defector’ city center” 😅.. but it’s like listening to an American version of Sir Attenborough doing city tour

second after Singapore most liveable city? Hmmm
@@mohdzaki1089These kinds of things are always highly subjective. It’s a way of saying “some people think that….” 👍😃
It is not a super city. It is a mess. With highways and byways cutting all across KL. It is a nightmare to travel. And totally unlivable.
Wow, uphett, it sounds like you have a case of the KL blues. You don't say if you live in Kuala Lumpur, or if so, for how long. All the best to you.
Must be living in some 3rd world jealous country😂
@@OUTBOUNDWITHRONdon’t bother that guy he is one of the cyber trooper paid by indonesian government always giving negative reviews and comments about Malaysia, so as to make their people “feel good” about themselves. These have been going on a lot lately.
@@OUTBOUNDWITHRON he jealous people from java, indonnesia... He jealous because Indonesia especially Jakarta is poor, dirty, food no good and people don't speak English😂😂
