HDR for Smash Bros Ultimate is a nice middle ground between vanilla Ultimate and Melee. I'm surprised they didn't mention the character select animations from the original. Meter final smashes should be based on damage dealt and damage received instead of filling over time. Not to mention a general balancing overhaul (such as being blockable). Classic mode incorporating mini-game stages, event match stages, rival stages, and boss stages (in addition to the runs final boss) would be wonderful. I'm also a sucker for custom moves (but they'd need to be more balanced and far more thought out).
What's your favorite Smash game and why is it your favorite? Ultimate is mine because of the characters, but I also love Brawl for Subspace Emissary!
