I only have Daphne. I found her in France. They don't seem to be available in the UK. It was €12.97. It is just one or two euros more than a Barbie Fashionista. Really worth it. She is a great budget doll.
Apparently they were more expensive at some point. A collector I met in the shop told me this. I will go soon to France so I'll check if there are more...
